Ms Shirley Creed holds office as Master of the Company for 2025-2026.
A Chartered Secretary, now retired, for 25 years prior to retirement she was a senior leader in the Legal function and held various European and Global governance roles with Dell Computers as well as an active leader in their women’s networks and diversity programmes. A keen promoter of women in technology Shirley represented Dell as a member of techUK’s Women’s Council, and also sat on the Board of WEConnect International, a US not for profit global network that connects women-owned businesses to qualified buyers around the world.
Shirley has been a liveryman since 2015, is a member of the City Livery Club and the Ward of Cheap Club. She is also a Trustee for the Chartered Secretaries’ Charitable Trust and has just stepped down as Chair of the Engagement Committee.
Shirley’s interests include walking, regular theatre goer and a keen traveller.
