The Clerk is the Senior Executive Officer of the Company and is responsible for the day-to-day and overall management of the Company, the control of income and expenditure, the preparation of Accounts, the preparation of meetings and functions, and the provision of administrative services to the Master, Court and Committees and the Livery.

The current Clerk is Mr Keith Povey LLB LLM and he is supported by his Assistant Clerks, Karen Sylva and Jeremy Drake.
