This Committee is responsible, among others, for preparing an annual budget for the Court, reviewing performance against budget, reviewing and agreeing the Annual Report and Accounts, recommending a system of internal controls, recommending the Company’s long-term strategy, recommending an investment strategy and monitoring performance against that strategy, recommending remuneration levels, and preparing a risk register.
Education Committee
The Committee is responsible for the Company’s relationships with a number of local schools to which it provides support, for its relationship with those universities and institutions which provide examinations linked to CGI qualifications, and for overseeing the Company’s Apprenticeship and Mentoring programmes.
Armed Services Committee
The Committee is responsible for liaising and developing our relationships with our affiliated units in the armed services and overseeing the presentation of awards and prizes made to servicemen and women.
