Genius Boards is hosting a webinar “Leadership in a Crisis – Clarity and Empathy” on Thursday, 30th July 2020 at 14:00 – 15:00.

Today, nearly five months into the pandemic, the typical rhetoric we are hearing includes – “we do not need an office”, “we can all work from  home”, but we question the risks inherent in dramatic changes to the way we should work going forward.

The webinar will be chaired by WCCSA Court Assistant Sharon Constançon of Genius Boards and panellists are WCCSA Liveryman Alison Horrocks (Inmarsat), Stella David (Norwegian Cruise Lines, Clarks, Bacardi) and Ivor Gardiner (Berwicks), who represent a cross section of businesses within the Corporate sector in the UK.

The panel discussion will focus on the value and importance of leaders being honest and clear in their messaging. How to engage with empathy and communicate constantly as a situation evolves. How to make decisions with limited information, how to determine risk that may arise, and to mitigate them and most importantly, how to keep the culture, motivation and morale in place.
